Pastors Cesar and Norma Rivas

Pastors Julio Cesar and Norma Rivas are originally from El Salvador and serve together at The Joshua Center International with a heart for evangelism, healing, and seeing lives transformed through Jesus Christ. Together, they share a passion for reaching the Spanish-speaking community, growing in their relationship with Christ, and fulfilling all that God has called them to do.

Pastor Julio has been part of The Joshua Center for over six years and serves within First Step, Next Step, and baptism ministry. An evangelist and teacher, he has a passion for preaching the Gospel, ministering healing, and translating from English to Spanish. Outside of ministry, he enjoys studying the Word of God, traveling, the beach, and dancing.

Pastor Norma shares a heart for preaching the Word of God in Spanish and hopes to minister to individuals impacted by human trafficking. She holds an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies and a certification in Human Resources. Outside of ministry, she enjoys interior design, crafting, reading, traveling, and spending time at the beach.
